MEET OUR FAMILY
Hello! Saddle Hills Outfitting is owned and operated myself, Rob Sawers and my wife, Kristi. We have been Married for 29 years, we have 4 adult children and 6 Grandchildren!
We enjoy all season fishing, big game hunting and bear baiting!
We have owned and family operated a Taxidermy business for over 17 years and take pride in our work. You will often find our kids over washing hides, fleshing and mixing paint or the Grandchildren blow drying a bear mount to fluff! :) The outdoor life is our passion!

ROB SAWERS
Robbie is always planning and eager to get the Spring Bear Seasons rolling! Born and raised in Spirit River with a big family of hunters, Robbie has been hunting his whole life, his knowledge and experience hunting in the areas give him a great advantage. He takes pride in hunting with his kids, grandchildren and other family members.
The outdoor life is a full time schedule with Big game hunting, bear baiting, all season fishing and mountain hunting and Taxidermy!
Robbie is a dedicated owner/guide and when you choose to bear hunt with Saddle Hills Outfitting you can be confident that you are in the right hands!
ASSISTANT OPERATOR/GUIDE
Bow is our Son and we are proud to have him aboard our team! Bow has been hunting his whole life! He harvested his first cinnamon bear when he was 7 years old! He spends most of his time Big game hunting, goose hunting, all-season fishing, and bear baiting. He recently harvested his first Big horn sheep!
Bow brings great knowledge and resources both to guiding and bear-baiting! His work ethic and upbeat attitude never goes unnoticed!

Tanner is our close family friend and we are so blessed to have him on our team! We are thankful that his Beautiful wife Bailey and three sweet little girls let him leave home for the bear season! Tanner is extremely resourceful, hardworking and has our customers creating lifelong friendships with him! His drive to ensuring a successful and fun trip always has us impressed!

Wyatt is our cousin and is well known for his love of fishing and hunting! He has also been guiding and assisting on several big game hunts and is an experienced Bear Baiter! Wyatt is extremely hard working and will have our hunters thrilled with his personality and the extra work that he puts in!

Fishing, hunting and exploring anything he can hunt and fish is what James Woodland is all about! James comes to us as an experienced outdoorsman and certified in construction. James can build a tree stand that a family can feel safe in and seat comfortably! When he isn’t building stands and finding amazing baits sites, then he’s taking extra care of his beautiful wife Krissy and their 2 girls. We are blessed to have James on our team!
